So this was my wonderful evening! Finally got to sleep around 04:30 I think! π€π£
Wide awake and haven’t slept at all yet! This is gonna be a long night!

Ok, so, although I’m feeling better in myself after eating a small plate of Sweet Potato chips cooked with Coconut oil last night, and not feeling too much pain in my stomach after, I’m still not ‘right’!
I’ve just had a lovely shower and got my Comfy clothes on, but as soon as my bra went on, it came straight back off!
The pain around my stomach (organ, not area π) is so bad!
This is the same symptom I had around 15 years ago when I couldn’t eat for 6 weeks because digesting food was too painful!
Fingers crossed I’m ok after my dinner today!
Is this MS, Fibromyalgia or something totally different?

Yoga 1-1 cancelled! Sleep to catch up on!
Slept well into lunch time!…
Well, I not only made it from the bed to the sofa, but I made a smoothie in between!
At least this isn’t causing me any pain yet!
The first little bit of goodness inside me since 6am yesterday! That’s excluding the jelly I managed to eat with no pain! π
Hard to believe that MS can cause so much havoc to the body!
I shall be resting now, need to be in optimum condition in preparation for my birthday weekend that starts on Thursday! π

Yesterdays afternoon/evening/night of extreme stomach bloat, severe pain and sensory overload, has left me totally exhausted today!
It gave Deb the chance to watch every episode of ‘The Replacement’ whilst I slept and apparently I HAVE to watch it today!
Well, if I was doing anything else today its cancelled now anyway!
Taking my own advise, rest rest rest!
This patient doesn’t like to stay still for too long, but when u have no choice because of MS weakness!
I GOT THIS!

βThis is what happens to me when I’ve been working out! EVERY TIME!
I have so many of my MS symptoms kicking off in this video! Slurred speech, trouble connecting my thoughts with action to put sentences together, poor coordination, blurred vision, oh the list goes on!
There’s me thinking working out would be easier in the winter, because of temperature difference but its actually harder!
Either the heaters are on in the smaller classes or the air-conditioning is turned down in the larger classes!
This is after body pump which is Les Mills weights
I have so much determination and passion for this class!
What you will notice about me is that I am passionate about everything I do & I always put 100% in! π―
I can’t do exercises that involve any movement, travelling, walking, running etc, unless its in water! This because of my poor coordination, balance, muscle fatigue and pain when moving my legs!
So I have found classes that I can do & turned these into my love!
weight lifting, pilates, yoga, I love them all the same!
World mental health day doesn’t just stop at the title, mental health can be an underlying issue to other illnesses.
I know for myself this is definitely the case.
MS, fibromyalgia and a whole lot more invisible illnesses for obvious reasons also can come with mental health issues. Something I was frightened to talk about when first started on antidepressants but it shouldn’t be like that!
I’m happy to say I’m no longer frightened to talk about it!
βEach of my Yoga practises seems to bring me a new lesson!
Contrary to belief, Yoga isn’t all about looking amazing in poses or how long you can hold a headstand for. Nope, its what you learn about yourself whilst doing it and believe me, I’m learning a heck of a lot!
It really is magic!
Remember… π΄β‘π«yogaπ«β‘π¦ But also, not every practise makes you feel amazing, some can be very draining, like today!
Trust the journey! Its not all black & white! Believe in yourself!
