My ‘after’ photo! ‘After’ my visit to the hospital for my monthly MS medication top up!
and ‘After’ sleeping the ‘after’noon away, because it really is extremely tiring for me during my medication infusion (basically sitting with a drip next to me with the medication being pumped straight into a vein!)
Give me a couple of days & I’ll be back to me’ ๐๐

Had a lovely morning today with a spot of hot sweaty Pilates! Might seem odd to some but that statement makes me feel so proud, being able to push myself to exercise in the heat & humidity without any air conditioning!
For anyone that isn’t familiar with heat/humidity & the effects on MSrs: It can & does (for me) bring on all of my MS symptoms I have experienced to date, normally tenfold!
I’ve finally found a way to manage this & continue to exercise.

When your in too much pain and all you want to do is exercise what do you do?
Get on a power plate of course! This machine vibrates at different frequencies chosen by the user and different time settings as well!
I use it to help tone my muscles, aid my balance but mainly to help with my chronic pain from my MS!
Yes it helps, just enough for me to be able to do exercise classes! It’s like thousands of tiny hands massaging my muscles! Ah, bliss!
Try it! You’ll never look back!
