This is the beginning, of anything you want.

This is the beginning of anything you want! How much do you want it? Are you willing to work hard enough for it? You will if you want it enough!

All you have to do is make the change, no one can do it for you! You are your own destiny!

Our exciting cryptic holiday!

image

I can honestly say this week has gotten off to a fantastic start!

Saturday was wonderful!
Sunday was a little nail biting and then ended with elation.
Today was magical & an absolute dream
Tomorrow shall be spent stretching out the aches of today,
Wednesday will hopefully not end with a crick in the neck,
Thursday is going to be extremely exciting,
Friday will be magic again,
Saturday may contain an excited gent &
Sunday we’ll be stuffed full of cake! 😄

I’m loving this holiday!

Grumpy bum

Good work out at the gym tonight but didn’t lift my MSy grumpy mood!
All my physio will let me do at minute is weights! No leg or back work due to pains shooting down my butt and back of leg!
Gahhhhh!

These are the joys of being so MegaSpecial! Poor Deb, don’t know how she puts up with me!

Hope this pain eases soon! I gotta get me ready for the Color Run 15-8-15!
Times ticking!👊💪

Here’s a brilliant blog by a FB MegaSpecial friend of mine, it’s about a subject that I personally don’t think gets spoken about enough!

http://www.msconnection.org/Blog/July-2015/Sex,-Intimacy-MS

SEX & MS!

Yes ok, I speak quite openly to my friends about it but it wasn’t until I started speaking with them that I knew!

I couldn’t understand why my Dr asked me about my intimate life when all I went in to see him for was a repeat prescription not long after being diagnosed!

In fact he caught me that off guard, I just answered his question without returning it with my own like, ‘why do u want to know that!?’

I’m not sure what normal procedure is every where else but until this day I have never been told about intimacy, sex & how MS effects it!

No, in fact for some time before I was even diagnosed I knew there was a problem but didn’t know what or why!

Yes, MS can effect anything that you central nervous system controls including sensation!
Do in need to say anymore!
