Shit man! My legs today after Thursday’s Body Pump (weights) Just crazy man, hurt so much but it feels so good! I’d rather the pain of leg day than MS! Although it has kicked off the MS burn! Hey ho, can’t have it every way!

Take a moment and remember what we are living forΒ
Do you know those days that you have when they just turn out to be so much fun? That was our morning/afternoon when Sarah & I went along to my most favourite Pilates instructor Kate’s class, followed by a lovely pot of tea & a spot of lunch at our favourite eatery with Kate. What made it even more special was DebbieRahRah & the kids being there!
This is what life is about, making memories & capturing them so that if my MS continues to steal my memory I will always have these photos to look back on!
We all have such busy lives, sometimes we just need to take a moment, forget about the dirty dishes, get with your peoples and remember what we are living for!
For me it’s laughter, good food and wonderful people!

Loving the changes in me that I’m seeing and feeling! A more relaxed, happier me! When being sporadic isn’t something to be scared of! When just saying yes can mean you have an incredible night! Don’t be frightened of events that you create in your own mind! Just let go and enjoy yourself! 
Breathe Vix, just breathe! You got this girl! I’ve just cancelled all my exercise classes at Everyone Active leisure centre for the rest of the week!
Seems standing for more than a few minutes is out of the question for a bit!

Where I am, right now, is where I’m meant to be!Β
I truly believe that I am in the right place, the path my fitness journey is taking me down has crossed paths with a spiritual side of me that has been suppressed for a long time! I have waited to be here for too long, well now the wait is over!
Let the learning and practising begin! 
True Yoga
Im feeling especially proud of myself tonight for doing the best yoga yet and on a day when I have had the worst pain!
I had to change the time of my normal private 1-1 yoga lesson from midday to early evening, this being a particularly difficult time of the day for me because of my MS!
I totally smashed it though!
I’d like to say that it’s like there are no boundaries, but they are still there, my balance still tests me. Good job I manage to take control of my body before it hits the floor!
I know I’m getting better and stronger! I just need to ‘Let go’ completely, have faith and trust myself!

World MS Day 2016
When I was diagnosed with MS I never believed I would feel as happy as I do 6 years on!
I feel proud of who I’ve become & who I am becoming!
Baby steps, many more to take and lessons to learn along the way!
I really am loving this journey even as hard as it is!
