Called in at Asda after emotional pilates, grabbed what I needed & left Asda. 
Flat tyre! Seriously! MS brain melt down!

Super Deb to the rescue! Quick call to my girly & she talked me through what I had to do!

I managed to inflate the tyre & get to Kwik Fit!
Sit hear & wait I guess! 😦

I cannot recommend this highly enough to everyone, especially people that have MS! 

Pilates is the perfect exercise for me as it challenges my mind as well as my body and I get to say to my MS ‘today I am in control of my body’
