Day 7 and the final day of the #7DaysOfSelfLove challenge with @iammelwells…

‘Celebrate yourself’
So late doing this one because, well, its been a tough old day! I got through it though! #proud
“Im celebrating myself because…”
I am strong, determined, kind, generous, thoughtful, loving, positive, passionate, caring, inspiring, driven, but most of all, I AM BEAUTIFUL! INSIDE AND OUT! 💗
I have absolutely loved doing this again & have learnt even more about myself than last time I did it!

Its been super great to have the support of all the other goddesses also taking part in this challenge!
If you don’t already practice self love, I thoroughly recommend it! We all should love ourselves more! #preach
Thank you once again Melissa Wells for the wonderful opportunity to reflect on who I truly am once more! Look forward to the next one!

Its all in your mind!

This is so true for so many things!
Pain, it literally is all in your head! As soon as you give in to it, that’s it, pain owns you!
Negativity, all in your head!
We all have choices, its up to us and us alone to choose!
Lets choose positivity!

Positivity brings so much love and joy with it! People are more attracted to it and life just gets easier! There’s so much I could say about it, a subject I’m very passionate about!
Negativity is a lonely place!

NOT MANY THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THAT other than, what a long lonely life to live!

Passion, compassion, humour & style

Had a lovely morning today with a spot of hot sweaty Pilates! Might seem odd to some but that statement makes me feel so proud, being able to push myself to exercise in the heat & humidity without any air conditioning!

For anyone that isn’t familiar with heat/humidity & the effects on MSrs: It can & does (for me) bring on all of my MS symptoms I have experienced to date, normally tenfold!

I’ve finally found a way to manage this & continue to exercise.
