Although it should also say…
— you feel like a normie when your with friends that also have Invisible illnesses!
— when with said friends you can guarantee at some point the conversation with turn to your bladder or bowel movements!

Which means I exercise in the morning to help manage my pain & then fall asleep in the afternoon! My aim is to inspire and be inspired, to continue to be strong and continue to be confident! I may be slow at blogging but that is only due to my MS. As with everything, I'll get there eventually!
