Slow down!

So my physiotherapist nagged me today about pushing myself to much especially at the gym!

She says I am having a ‘flare up’ and if I don’t slow down….. well, us MegaSpecials know what she’s on about!

I am told to remember the sound of her voice nagging me!

This is now my mantra!….
