MeSsy brain melt down!

Called in at Asda after emotional pilates, grabbed what I needed & left Asda. 
Flat tyre! Seriously! MS brain melt down!

Super Deb to the rescue! Quick call to my girly & she talked me through what I had to do!

I managed to inflate the tyre & get to Kwik Fit!
Sit hear & wait I guess! 😦

Which means I exercise in the morning to help manage my pain & then fall asleep in the afternoon! My aim is to inspire and be inspired, to continue to be strong and continue to be confident! I may be slow at blogging but that is only due to my MS. As with everything, I'll get there eventually!
