Its ok not to be okay!

Its ok not to be 100%

Its ok not to be any%

Just as long as you remember

You are doing your best

And are making the best choices

For yourself in this moment!
Oh and of course, you are magical as f**k!
I don’t know if it was naive of me, but I really didn’t expect that this beautiful tattoo, could take such a lot out of me!

Maybe its not just the tattoo!

Having yet another bladder infection probably has a lot to do with it!

You just don’t expect to have to take so much into consideration when it comes to having MS and Fibromyalgia!

Taking it easy and trying my best not to feel guilty about it! ✨✨✨

Meme shared via instagram, words are my own

Thank you all so much!

Thanks to everyone that wished me a happy birthday yesterday, you all made it incredibly special! 🎉💕🦄
What an incredible day it was! Waking up with my most precious humans singing to me, showered in wonderful gifts, video calls from Mummy in Cyprus & Daddy in Norfolk, and all the notifications that you beautiful people sent me!
Lunch was spectacular as always, at The Tarro Lounge in Hinckley, gluten free as well, perfect! I think we could have stayed there all day but we were needed back home at The Manor!
I don’t think we were home more than 30 minutes when the Fugly Manor Madness began!

Guest arriving after guest, as one left another appeared, it was perfect!

Even had a mini clubbercise from Kate & Deb (watch out for that video! 😂)
I say it every year, I feel like the luckiest person alive to have so many amazing people in my life!

Sisters, Brothers, friends & blood, my tribe! I love you all so much & I feel it back!
Life is amazing, thank you for being a part of it & making it so magical!

I would love to tag you all in this post but that would be near impossible! Just know that my thank you is to everyone! 😊😚💗

You are something magical

”You are something magical”
Remembering this today, especially after receiving 2 letters from my neurologist via my GP

The letters are from my latest routine #appointment with #neuro for my #ms review which was back in September.
The letters speak briefly about my MS but mainly about my weight gain

I know this is part of a medical practitioners job but I could have cried whilst reading it!
He says about how we discussed my increase in antidepressant which I also use for pain relief and the possibility of this being a reason for the rapid increase in weight.
Well Mr hoity toity, I’m doing the best I can right now & I’m happy with that!
Looking forward to my lovely Yoga teachers return from her jollies so we can make a start on me being one of her health coach case studies.
