I have a passion for nearly all forms of exercise! Most definitely Pilates, the Gym, Weight lifting & studying Yoga. Unfortunately I am now unable to do these things the ‘normal’ way. Which means I exercise in the morning to help manage my pain & then fall asleep in the afternoon! My aim is to inspire and be inspired, to continue to be strong and continue to be confident! I may be slow at blogging but that is only due to my MS. As with everything, I'll get there eventually!
