The intensive Oxygen therapy course I started on June 20th 2017 is finally finished!
I attended my last intensive session today & I’m so proud of myself! 16 sessions of oxygen, driving myself there and back, making sure I’m there on time & only missing one session – I got the time wrong! Overcoming not only my anxiety of new places & people – also driving to places I am unfamiliar with – and overcoming the anxiety of being locked in a small metal tank!
Dang, I did sooooo good! I feel like a new woman just from beating all that anxiety! And that’s before I tell you how the oxygen has helped my MS and my Fibromyalgia!
Ill talk more about how it has helped me in my next blog!
First I want to thank every single one of you that donated money towards my oxygen mask!
This really is going to make sitting in the oxygen chamber much more comfortable for me!
Styled in the video below! And for reference, I didn’t do my usual & discombobulate the mask, watch the video, it will make sense!
The mask is fine! All pieces are there as should be! No mask was harmed in the unscrewing of pipes after my oxygen session today! 🙈
In fact, the mask is better than fine! Its perfect & fits every time I wear it! I know I only collected it today, I have however, tried it on several times! Would you expect any different from me! 😂 As always, questions & comments are welcome!
Number 15 of 16 intensive oxygen therapy sessions was today! I’ve so got this! Quite look forward to it now if I’m honest! I think its the ‘me’ time I look forward to, and it’s lovely to be able to get out and see different like minded people!
I had a chat with one of the ladies who is there having oxygen therapy for cancer. She is absolutely incredible! Totally inspiring! Infact, she was talking to me today, about how she has changed her diet to help her feel better!
I explained to her that I had just bought a book, called ‘The Wahls Protocol’ all about how changing your diet can help MS symptoms!
This is my next book to read! And I finished my current book today, so what good timing was that! 👏
When I go for my session tomorrow, I shall be purchasing my new mask!
Thanks to everyone who very generously donated to my ‘Go fund me’ page. Not only am I able to buy my own mask, I will also donate the reminding money to Mercia MS Therapy Centre, the fundraising manager has said that for every £45 raised I can have one treatment, whether it be for Oxygen Therapy or any from below…
Well done to Kerrie-Ann today for getting fitting of my mask perfect today! Gold star! ⭐
I’m so happy! I’ve just been for my 14th session in my intensive oxygen therapy.
Whilst I was at the centre, I spoke to Mandy the fundraising manager, about raising funds for my oxygen mask. I explained that, because I had already raised enough money for my oxygen mask, I wanted to donate the rest to the therapy centre.
Mandy explained to me that for every £45 that I raise (over the cost of my mask) I could have one oxygen treatment or any other that they offer there!
So, if people keep donating for this amazing cause, you will also be helping me to continue having treatment!
Thank you again, keep sharing this & lets see how much we can raise!

I’m amazed at all your generosity! Thank you all so much for donating.
Because of how quickly donations have come in, I have now made the decision, to donate any money raised OVER the amount needed for my oxygen mask, to Mercia MS Therapy Centre (Kerri-Anne Browne), where I have been having my Oxygen therapy.
The centre is only able to run because of the generosity of the public and their donations.
Thank you so much! Vix

Its such a lovely and novel feeling when the ‘Cog-Fog’ part of my MS fatigue lifts! I really hope that I get this same benefit, when I start my Oxygen Therapy once a week.
Amanda who hasn’t long finished her intensive course, now comes once a week to help her MS symptoms. She wasn’t there last Wednesday & when I asked if she was finding the treatment beneficial, she said that she definitely was & really noticed the difference when she missed last weeks session.
I’m keeping everything crossed that I’ll benefit from just once a week as well! Time will tell as I only have one session left this week & two next week. Then I plan on returning once a week!
Really getting the hang of this now & loving the ‘me time’ it gives me being in the chamber! Remembering to reflect on selflove and doing things for me! This is definitely one of those things!
I managed to meditate again today! Meditation helps me so much, at the moment the guided meditation I am using is a recording that my health coach did for me. I’m working hard on staying true to my authentic self and its paying off!
As always, if you have any questions I’ll be happy to answer them!
Are you thinking of trying Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Last Oxygen therapy for the week! Phew! This is majorly tiring!
I’m really enjoying socialising with people! I do find though, the more people I am around, the worse my MS fatigue and general tiredness is!
Since I have been having regular calls with my Health Coach (who is also one of my yoga teachers!) I have been honouring my body, just as we all should!
I’ve been listening to her & when she’s tired, we sleep!
So, I’m no stranger to an afternoon nanny nap! Even though this doesn’t change the effects of my fatigue and I wake up feeling as tired as before the sleep, its still good to listen & honour!
Almost evey day I have been coming home from oxygen therapy, eating my lunch and falling to sleep! Today was no exception!
It was really busy at Mercia MS Therapy Centre today! Thursdays are always their busiest days & the most tiring day for me to visit there! For this reason, I hope I’ll be able to go any other day but Thursdays!
Note: There were six of us in the chamber today! Not five! 🙊😂
Another great session, although it is painful on my sinuses! So if you have any sinus issues, and are thinking of trying this, just be aware that its a slight issue for me!
I’m soooooo tired! Yes it helps my MS fatigue but that’s soooo different to being worn out!
In this video, I ask the wonderful public for your help in funding my own oxygen mask. This is so that the mask will be fitted for me, and won’t need to be adjusted every time I come, causing issues with air escaping as I breathe, and also meaning I won’t have to hold the mask on for the whole hour!
It would appear that I will need funding to be able to complete this course as well! I still need to find the money for 3 more sessions! £16 a session!
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to complete my Go Fund me page just yet but as soon as I do I shall share it!
Thank you all for taking time to read/watch! As always, please leave any questions or comments & I’ll be glad to get back to you.
I thought I was around number 10 for my oxygen therapy, but nope! Number 8 week 4!
Because of missing a session (the one i was late for) and also last week the oxygen chambers were being serviced. It means I’m runny over the recommended 16 sessions in 5 weeks, only by one session though! And I’ve also had to increase the amount I do in one week.
To be honest its such a mega commitment to do this intensive course!
I’m really missing being able to do my excersies classes as well!
Even though this is helping to clear my cog-fog from my MS it is still leaving me very worn out, shattered even!
I must remember to ask for the fans to be on today!!!
